Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)

A leading global financial services organisation with a strong presence in Cork is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer on a day-rate contract. You will join a high-performing technology team working on mission-critical platforms supporting complex financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale full stack applications
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional technology teams
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with financial services standards
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience:

• 5+ years working as a Full Stack Developer
• Expertise in backend development using Java/Spring
• Strong front-end development experience using Angular
• Hands-on experience with Angular Material for UI design and component libraries
• Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications
• Experience deploying and supporting applications within JBoss EAP environments
• Working knowledge of MyBatis or similar data-mapping / persistence frameworks
• Background in enterprise-scale or financial services environments is highly beneficial
